Reserve
Place your order by May 29. Provide the graduate's full name so our editorial team can identify their moments on stage.
Capture
Across two filming days — the Graduation Walk on 22 May and the Commencement Ceremony on 29 May — our cinema-grade camera team covers each reserved graduate from seven dedicated angles, distinct from the school's three-angle livestream. Discreet, low-profile, never intrusive: we follow your graduate from the walk through to the recession.
Curate
Each film is edited around the graduate. Editors identify their specific frames in every sequence, color-grade for a timeless, filmic look, and compose a bespoke title card.
Deliver
Within 10 working days of the ceremony, your bespoke film lands in a private folder named after the graduate. The video file inside carries the same name — yours to download and share with family across the world. The download link remains active until September 1st, after which the file is archived. Any retrieval from archive and new download link creation will incur a cost of HKD$200. Please Note: The archived film is deleted from our servers after one year.

Seven angles, on the graduate
Seven cinema-grade angles cover the ceremony — separate from the school's three-angle livestream. Wide stage, long-lens portrait, on-screen text of the student graduating, handshake, tassel, and recession are framed on your graduate; a roaming b-roll camera captures the wider energy of the event — arrivals, reactions, and atmosphere — and may or may not include your graduate.

Ten working days, to the day.
Editing begins the morning after the ceremony. Every film is colour-graded, scored, and quality-checked before upload to your private folder — no later than ten working days from the 29 May ceremony.
