Look up your film.
Enter the reservation reference from your confirmation (e.g. CF-X7K2P) to view your reservation status.

What it looks like
CF-X7K2P
Always begins with CF- followed by 5–6 letters and numbers. The letters are uppercase.
Where to find it
- i.In your reservation confirmation email — subject line begins with "Your Commencement Film reservation".
- ii.Near the top of the email, just under the greeting — labelled Reservation reference and shown in bold.
- iii.If you replied to the confirmation, the code is also in the email subject line of the thread.
